LinkGather - Export WordPress Links



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your blogs articles in Excel style.

You can download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

Now you have activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Instructions


A new menu item on the options side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

Click on the Home option, this will go to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to navigate you to the page that will display all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list get more info will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download here the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URL's here that it has gathered:
